Elsewhere there is a tempering of news coverage and a shift among the reporters in the major USA dailies - and the Miami Herald and the Washington Post goes with wire copy in their print edition. The Financial Times starts the editorial critique of the response to the quake. The United Nations Country Team in Peru offers their Situation Report No. 6.
